Windows 10: onmicrosoft.com account no longer recognised - where has it gone

    I had some user accounts on onmicrosoft.com but they appear to have been deleted, is this right

    I have just reinstalled windows on my computer. Why can I not login to Windows with my onmicrosoft (Office) password?

    Why can't I use my .onmicrosoft account for windows?

    So I'm trying to use my .onmicrosoft account for windows 11, but it won't let me, it says that the account doesn't exist.

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
