Windows 10: onmicrosoft.com spam

Ok, I've been getting tons of email spam since updating to Windows 11. I understand that the domain onmicrosoft.com is associated with Office. The thing is these emails come with addresses like this "name@randon data.onmicrosoft.com". I sometimes get multiple spam for the same product, the only thing different is the "random data" section of the domain. Is there some kind of fix for this? I am using EmClient for email and it's getting out of hand the number of times I have to move the email to junk and block the domain.

You need to look at the “View installed Updates” screen to see the list of recently installed updates.

Follow these steps to view installed updates:

You can move to spam folder all day long and you get the same unwanted emails the next day. What a piece of crap. I'm about to go with a Chromebook or Apple. Microsoft sucks more and more.
