    ONN MOUSE CONNECTION PROBLEM

I have an onn wireless mouse with stock number 100009057. My laptop recognizes it as input, the batteries are new. Everything is working except for the mouse's connection and ability to move the pointer or access my computer. I have used the device manager to update the driver, tried a different USB port, and reset both the mouse and the computer, but nothing is working. I don't know what to do.

    :)

  4. ONN MOUSE CONNECTION PROBLEM

my Onn gaming mouse's right click button is not working.

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

If your Onn gaming mouse's right-click button is not working, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check Mouse Settings:
      • Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.
      • Right-click on your mouse and choose "Mouse settings."
      • Under the "Buttons" tab, make sure the right button is set to "Secondary Click."
    2. Try a Different USB Port: Sometimes, certain USB ports may not recognize the full functionality of your device. Try plugging your mouse into a different USB port.
    3. Test Mouse on Another Computer: If possible, try using the mouse on another computer to see if the problem persists. If it does, this could indicate a hardware issue with the mouse itself.
    4. Update or Reinstall Mouse Drivers:
      • Press Win + X and choose Device Manager.
      • Find "Mice and other pointing devices" in the list.
      • Right-click on your mouse device (it might be listed as an HID-compliant device) and choose "Update driver."
      • You can also try uninstalling the driver (right click > Uninstall device), then restarting your computer for Windows to automatically reinstall it.
    5. Check for Physical Damage: Examine the mouse for any signs of physical damage that might be causing issues with its operation.
    6. Contact Customer Support: If none of these steps work, you should reach out to Onn's customer support or return it where you bought it from if within warranty period.
Remember that sometimes hardware components can fail due to manufacturing defects or wear over time, so there may be instances where a physical repair or replacement is necessary.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.

    Best regards
