Windows 10: onn mouse will turn on but doesn't want to take control from the laptop

I have a gateway laptop and I've been using a onn wireless mouse for it as soon as i got it, it works great but it's giving me trouble by not wanting to connect to the laptop, I've resetted my laptop, try to reconnect the mouse, switch the USB drive, even tried switching battiers, all for nothing. i mainly use my laptop for gaming so if there is any answers to what should fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
