Windows 10: onn wireless keyboard and mouse.

I have an onn RF wireless keyboard and mouse set, i also have two dongles. both dongles have the same FCC ID's but the model numbers are not the same when i plug one in it reads the keyboard, the other reads the mouse but niether one works. when i bought the set it came with only dongle to operate both. and yes i have pushed the connect button on both and still nothing. what am i doing wrong here?

a) Press Windows Key.

b) Type Troubleshooting in the search box and hit
Enter.

c) Click on Hardware and sound.

d) Click on Hardware and device and follow the on-screen instructions.



Method 2:

If the issue persists, I suggest you to download and install latest keyboard and mouse driver from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.

My ONN wireless keyboard and mouse was working fine prior to installing Windows 10. What do I need to do to make them work again?

 

Onn Wireless mouse not working

I have an Onn Wireless mouse that doesn't work correctly. It works just fine, but the scroll wheel does not. It jumps around and scrolls randomly when my hand isn't even on the mouse. I've tried troubleshooting but my computer does not find anything wrong
with mouse. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but nada. There's no reset button on the mouse, I've tried switching the USB piece to another port but it doesn't work. I've never spilled anything on it and I've never touched it with wet hands.

Anyone have a solution for this problem? Or will I just have to buy a new mouse?
