Windows 10: Onscreen Keyboard Windows 11 Kiosk mode

I have a windows 11 pc, setup in kiosk mode, running as an interactive display, allowing only Microsoft Edge. There is no keyboard or mouse attached to this kiosk, but it has a touchscreen. Under the admin profile I have enabled the onscreen keyboard to appear when needed, and it works perfectly, but how do you do this for the kiosk mode user? Yes, this question's been asked...and answered incorrectly. All the answers I've seen here suggest that editing the TabletTip settings in the HKCU registry is the way to do it, which would be great if I wanted to enable it under an admin profile HKCU is

• When you say that everything is fine with real keyboard in desktop mode, do you refer to the physical keyboard?
  
• Does the onscreen keyboard work properly in desktop mode?

Meanwhile, I would suggest to create a new user account and see if the onscreen keyboard works properly in both desktop and tablet mode. Please refer to the article below.

OnScreen keyboard in Windows 10 IE kiosk mode

Execute TabTip.exe to start the onscreen keyboard.

Otherwise you may need to write a proper kiosk application that can invoke on-screen keybaord when needed.

An alternative may be to use Edge browser and Assigned Access(perma link).

Assigned Access will display the app above the lock screen. This has the advantage of allowing the onscreen keyboard to function intuitively, while also locking all functionality of the device outside of the application (edge browser).

There are some other settings you might want to have locked down, the linked article has several examples.

I have a Dell Latitude 7220 tablet using Windows 10. The device is currently in tablet mode and the onscreen keyboard will not deploy. The keyboard icon is visible in the bottom right hand corner, but nothing happens when you click on it. I have gone in the keyboard settings and checked use your device without a physical keyboard--Use on screen keyboard. In addition, the box under ease of access-keyboard-use onscreen keyboard is also checked.

A floating keyboard is available with the win+ctrl+0 keys, but I am wondering why I cannot have the icon or have an auto pop-up when typing is available. Any suggestions would be wonderful.
