Windows 10: OOBE broken. Please HELP

Discus and support OOBE broken. Please HELP in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I've made similar threads already but I will keep making them until I get a response.     OOBE broken. Please HELP


    I've made similar threads already but I will keep making them until I get a response.

    I did a factory reset of my win10 laptop. Windows reinstalled fine. But the OOBE is broken. After I choose my keyboard layout, it tells me "Something went wrong, try again" and just keeps telling me that.

    Now I've read there are ways to skip OOBE which involve using the command prompt, but pressing Shift + F10 which is supposed to open cmd, does nothing.

    I also did other stuff like try to fix drivers by entering safe mode and uaing device manager (I don't even know if drivers are even the problem). I encountered even more problems there which I detailed in other threads.

    PLEASE HELP I'VE BEEN STUCK TRYING TO FIX THIS FOR THE LAST 48 HOURS STRAIGHT.

    Not sure where to tell you to start but I would suggest you check your setting and turn off any voice activation just in case it might be picking something up from the background:
