OOPS! Files MOVED without consent- How to revert a file moved accidentally by mouse error?

On File Explorer window, Many many times a file is moved by accidents, without consent, due to the super sensitive touch of the mouse pad on laptop computer. The hand barely moved the mouse cursor, without any click, and suddenly a file has been moved to different locations on the File Explorer window. It happened so fast, the eyes cannot even catch where the files was moved to. So the file is gone from memory. Cannot even see, or remember the name of the file just got moved. So in a way, that file is gone and is impossible to find among the 500GB or 1TB of hard drive.

Does anyone know how to find such lost file? Is there any magic key that can be pushed to automatically revert the accidental move by the mouse pad?

Is there any built-in Windows 10 magic key can be used to "UN-move" such disaster? If there is no, can someone in the Windows community INVENT a magic way to revert such accidental move by mouse movement? Thank you in advance if you can resolve this big headache!

    :)

  3. Accidentally moved program files into another folder now it is corrupt

I accidentally dragged and dropped the "program files (x86)" folder while trying to open it into another folder which caused the folder to become corrupt. It was placed in the WindowsApps folder below.

When I try to open the program folder I get this error.

And when I try to move it back it will give me this error. (error 0x80090005: Bad Data)

Fortunately it happened on my storage drive so I still have most of the essential programs stored on the main drive.

Is their anyway I can recover the data or move it back?

Solution: So I was able to fix it by moving the WindowsApps folder to my documents(located on the same disk) and suddenly I was able to access the program files folder which meant I could move it back to where it was. Not sure how that worked though.
