Windows 10: Oops, something went wrong Whatever happened, it was probably our fault. Please try again.

I try to log in to my microsoft account on my PC but it keeps giving me an option to try again on the password even though I am right it says That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one. when i try to login with my username even after i log in with my email it says Oops, something went wrong Whatever happened, it was probably our fault. Please try again. i am a gamer and i wanted to build OS. so i wanted to login from my microsoft account to secure my PC I also tried adding the correct timezone too

Old title: Child Account

I have already asked this. I created Microsoft accounts for my children, but when I try to add said accounts to the previously "local" account for my children, I am asked to sign in to the Microsoft account, then "one last time" input the old password. I
then get the following: "Oops, Something went wrong. Whatever happened, it was probably our fault. Please try again."

I have tried again and again and again daily for more than a week. Any other ideas?

I've done everything from the above, but there was already a check mark next to TLS 1.2 (and also next to TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1). So, nothing happened. Still not working.
