Yes, MS added a few new items that we can choose to remove or not. *Smile If you do choose that one you have displayed, then Windows will give you a warning msg, that if deleted you can't go back to an older date. (thats what image backups ARE for anyhow. ) I had around the same amount as you did. Removed around 25GB for me. *Smile

Can someone please detail out the significance, relevance and meaning of each of the option in the Extended mode:

 

Append here i have make a same question....... i obtain a suggestion, on first place, to check all value except somethings related to a "setup.log".
I have run the command from command prompt......... i have look all about 25 voices but what's the voices about setup.log ?? How i need to check or not check ?

The setup.log is only a log file of your Windows installation. If you don't need it, it's safe to check and be deleted.

Yeah i know....... but i need some info about what's the exact voices.

Otherwise i have run and i have check all voices inside......... after that i have waited about 40 minutes and i see a lot of space returned back on my C:\.

The folder windows.old now it's very little small.......... it's about 50MB and contain only this path:
C:\Windows.old\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\nv_dispi.inf_amd64_d3851cb7c8216f9e

I don't know because this path it's been conserved.

On D:\ the ESD it's remained inside the folder "Windows10Upgrade" and also on C:\ i can see this same folder and i don't know if it's need to maintain or how i can remove/uninstall.

I need to run again the advanced clean ?

 

I wouldn't recommend to manually delete anything like that.

Each item in Disk Cleanup gives you a general description of what is included with it. They are all safe to delete, but it just depends on you if you want to keep something or not based on your needs.

For example, if you check "Previous Windows installation(s)", it will delete the Windows.old folder content, and you will no longer be able to go back to a previous Windows.

I have runned but the Windows.old folder continue to stay on C:\............. for all two "Windows10UpgradeFolder" i have uninstalled the "Upgrade Assistant" by Revouninstaller and the folder on C:\ and the folder on D:\ (when ESD files it's stored) it's correctly deleted.

I have only need now to deleted the windows.old folder........ apparently i select to delete from cleanmgr but the folder remain ever here....

 

You could use option 3 in that tutorial to delete the Windows.old folder.

 

In Audit mode, to do a thorough cleaning of all unnecessary information, it is enough to run the %SystemRoot%\system32\cleanmgr /sageset:65535 /sagerun:65535 command from the Run window because, in this mode, is used only the Administrator user. Right?
