Windows 10: open jdk binary problems

Discus and support open jdk binary problems in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; i can run the game on the newest version, but i want to play on 1.18.2, and when i try to launch the game, it pushes my cpu to 99 and it crashes my pc....     i can run the game on the newest version, but i want to play on 1.18.2, and when i try to launch the game, it pushes my cpu to 99 and it crashes my pc. what do i do. i have tried googling and done diff things but nothing has worked. my windows is up to date windows 10 and my gpu drivers are up to date 3070ti. help please

    Open JDK platform binary uninstall

    Hi James,

    I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.

    This Open JDK platform binary is basically the platform that Minecraft runs on, it is consuming lots of RAM and CPU power because Minecraft is consuming it. If you uninstall it will not be able to play Minecraft.

    Hello recently when playing Minecraft I noticed an app called "Open JDK platform binary" running and using lots of RAM and CPU power. I am unable to find it in cmd when I type java -version and cannot find it in settings or control panels so I seemingly have no way to uninstall it but I just want it off my computer,

    JDK 8 installation does not progress on Windows 10

    In my case there's a Java process running (JDK 7). I just terminated that process and Java installer completed installation. In order to do it follow these steps.

    1. Open task manager.
    2. Find-out Java SE Binary process running.
    3. Right click on it and end task or use Alt + E
    4. Now Java installer completes installation.
