Windows 10: Open Microsoft Store to Library Section

Is there a way to open the MS Store directly to the Library section? I want to create a desktop shortcut to open the MS Store to the Library tab/section to see what is installed and what needs updating. I know I can use the "ms-windows-store:" command to open the store, but I'm not sure how to open directly to the Library page. Thanks!

My Library section in the Store lets you keep track of the applications and games that you've downloaded. This download history can't be erased. However, some of these applications can be hide from the list. If your
device doesn't show the hide button, we suggest that you check for any software or app updates for your phone.
