Windows 10: Opened my laptop and Windows 10 is stuck on the "blue screen".

    Opened my laptop and Windows 10 is stuck on the "blue screen".


    I can't use Win+P, Ctrl+Alt+Del, or power it off, I tried all of those. I can't even move my mouse. Is there anything I can do about this? It's red because that's what I changed the system color to.
