Windows 10: Opened PC and I can't find my files

First noticed when Opera GX opened and all my saved websites/history disappeared, and I was left with a stock version.I'm not a computer geek at all, and I didn't have any super important files, but when I opened my files EVERYTHING was gone. Every folder was empty except My PC, which showed that I still had about 200 gigs of data in the hard drive. I don't know where it all went, though.Also, my settings displayed 97 gigs delegated to "Other People" which is strange because I am the only user. I checked using Windows + R it said there was only one user. I suspect these "Other People" are hold

opening .dds files with gimp

Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?

If you want to open File Explorer to your C: drive without any registry tweaks, you'll need to do so from a shortcut you create.

1. Open File Explorer to This PC.
2. Right-click Winndows (C and select Create Shortcut:
   
   
3. Clock OK in the altert dialog:
   
   
4. And you'll have a shortcut on your Desktop:
   
   

 

PowerPoint file crashes PowerPoint upon opening

since this happens in some of the computers only, suggest that you open the file on working computer and copy everything and paste to a new powerpoint file.
