Windows 10: OpenGl error

So recently I have tried using apps like blender, Minecraft, and many more. But it doesn't work because it says something like "OpenGL 3.3 or newer required, try reinstalling the graphics driver". So I do that but it just makes everything worse, the screen now looks glitchy, not like laggy, but glitchy like static. I found that if I go to settings and change the resolution to 800X600 it stops but OpenGL still doesn't work even when I keep the glitches on. I should have asked, what OS are you using? Vista, should have figured.

Check and see if you have either of these services running; Ati Hotkey Poller and/or ATI Smart.

To do this go to the Start button ---> Run. Type in services.msc.

Double click on both services listed above and change their Startup type in the pulldown to Disabled.

Reboot your PC and try your OpenGL games again.

Just a suggestion... Don't expect any miracles from me.

Hmm. I think there is none for OpenGL -> D3D but there are some for the opposite... *cry
