Windows 10: Opening game problem

It's been a month since this happened and no one answers me correctly. I can't uninstall the game because when I try to interact with it, a message pops up and says: I don't know if you can, but go watch my old posts so you know what I tried and what I didn't.

want to open game bar, but win+G repeatedly asks if "want to open game bar?"

Problem with opening a game.

Issues launching the game may be caused by several reasons. The components of the game might be corrupted or you need to install new updates for the game itself.

To resolve your concern, we suggest that you restart your computer to normal startup to disable unnecessary apps running in the background of your computer while you are using it. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R on the keyboard.
• Type msconfig, and then click OK.
• On the General tab, click the Normal Startup, and then click OK.
• When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.

If you are still experiencing the same issue, check for new updates on Windows Store by following the steps on this

link. download and install the updates, and then launch the game again.

We will appreciate if you can update us the results so if these solutions won't work, we will find another way to resolve your concern.

 

Problem with opening a game.

I turned the Windows Firewall off Then, i reinstalled the game from the store (still dose not open).



i restarted my PC and tried again it still dose not working i also turned my anti-virus off (windows defender)

and tried again , still dose not open .



i opened the link to perform a clean boot to start windows ..

i followed the steps :

• Disable all services.
• Disable all startup programs from the task manager.
• Restarting the computer.

I tried again to open the game but it still open just the screen of the company (Gameloft)

just for a second or two then it closes permanently .

Then i enabled the services and the startup programs and restarted my computer

note : i have some games also could not open (Microsoft age of empires) just presents this error



It could have a relation about the problem .
