Windows 10: Opening Images

Discus and support Opening Images in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I get the error in the screenshot since yesterday.The error occurs for any image that is saved on my laptop.How can i fix it?Also the desktop wallpaper...     I get the error in the screenshot since yesterday.The error occurs for any image that is saved on my laptop.How can i fix it?Also the desktop wallpaper is not loaded anymore and instead of the wallpaper image there is a black image.Thanks for any help.
