  1. Opening Pictures Using Win 11 File Explorer

When I try to open a picture on my HD using Win 11 File Explorer double click thumbnail, I get an error message; it shows the route to the picture file in the error message with this additional message "The specified procedure could not be found." I can view the thumbnails in File Explorer. This has started in the last few weeks. I can access the pictures using Ps & Lr.

    :)

  3. Clear the 'cache' in file explorer for already used picture tags?

If you set some tags for your *.jpg pictures, the windows 10 file explorer shows them in the "details pane" on the right side.

This list can get very long and with some wrong or no longer used entries.
How can I clear this list / cache / suggestions?

Or how can I stop the file explorer to suggests already used Tags?
