Windows 10: Opening ports in Windows 10 German Language

I tried to follow the instructions on this subject, what is Control Panel in German???

I have searched everywhere and find no way to open a port! The help functions go from one useless page to another all no help!!

My trust in Microsoft is diminishing very rapidly

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

How to add English/ German language packs on Windows 10?

I suggest you to try the below steps to change/add the language and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key, click Settings. Select the
  Time and Language Icon.
• In the next window, click Region and Language. Click
  Add A Language.
• Select the language (English/ German) you want to use. This will add the language to the
  Region and Language window.
• Click the Language that you added and select the Add As Default button. You can also click the
  Options Button and add a keyboard for the new language.

Also, refer to Language Control Panel to change the system language.

Live mail and Picture manager comes in german after Windows 10 upgrade

• Do you have German language pack installed on the computer?
• From which operating system did you upgrade to Windows 10?

If you have German language pack installed then I would suggest you to switch to English language pack and then check if it works.

Please revert if you face any issues with Windows in future.
