    Opening second monitor speeds up internet, but significantly increases lag.


    I had been having internet issues for a month or two, and in a bid to find out the reason my internet was suddenly worse I am still unsure of the catalyst of my internet’s sudden drop in quality but at some point, I unplugged my main monitor from my laptop, and upon opening the laptop screen I found that my ping in games was much faster. And it seems whenever I have the laptop screen open, my internet is speedy, but this also increases lag in games I could usually run fine, despite not displaying anything. Is there any other device related fix my internet is fine on other devices that coul
