Windows 10: Opening task manager makes the screen blank until closed..?

Opening task manager gives my monitor a black screen/blank screen, and the only way to close task manager since I cannot see anything is to have it in focus beforehand and alt+f4.I've tested to see if this is a problem from my monitors and did so by going on discord and screen sharing to a few friends, and they've said that they also see it go blank. What could the cause of this be and how would I fix this?I'm on Windows 11. Could be a recent bug from the updates, but I doubt it since they would update straight away if it was such a critical bug.The quick access menu the one in the taskbar

The processes tab of task manager is blank

In recent months, the processes tab of task manager is blank, while all other tabs of task manager have no problem. The process tab is normal when you first open task manager after an OS-restart. But after you close task manager and open it a second time,
the process tab is blank and keeps blank all the time till next OS-start.

  Press Crtl + alt + Delete key on your keyboard to open task manager.
  
• 
  Cancel the Windows Update task form the task manager.
  

Step 2:

  Run Windows Update Troubleshooter. Click this

Task manager is blank in processes tab

To troubleshoot the issue with your Task Manager, I suggest you to run the
System File Checker to check if there's a broken Windows component in your PC.

To run System File Checker, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + X keys.
• Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• Copy and paste the command below:
  
  SFC /scannow
• Hit Enter to execute the command. It may take a few minutes to complete.
  
  If you find Verification 100% complete, click X to close the Command Prompt.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.
