Windows 10: Opening the Microsoft Store keeps crashing

I just reset the factory settings, but the Microsoft store has been unable to open, it has been flashing back, I have tried many methods on the Internet, but it does not work, which brother can help meAnd using Microsoft program detection shows "application not started"

It is possible that an add-in causes your Microsoft Word to crash. I suggest that you open your Microsoft Word in safe mode to identify an add-in or extension that causes the issue. Please follow the steps outlined in this support article:
Open Office apps in safe mode.

If you're able to launch Microsoft Word in safe mode, try to check and disable an add-in. Please follow the steps below:

1. Click File > Options > Add-ins
   
2. Towards the bottom of the window, where it says Manage, click the
   Go button
   
3. In the dialog box, select the add-ins you want to disable or remove.
   
4. To disable the add-in, just uncheck the box in front of its name. To uninstall the add-in select it and click
   Remove
   
5. Click OK to save your changes.
   

To address your issue with the Microsoft Store, I highly recommend that you download and run the
Windows app troubleshooter. This is a diagnostic tool that identifies array of issues that may cause an app
or the Store not to work properly.

windows Store crash after open it.

I Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter but it didn't work (couldn't identify the problem).





I have already tried before Re-register Microsoft Store app creating with a new user and Reset app store with not luck.




I also completed the windows repair ( by ISO ) it didn't work as well.

Any other suggestions?

Microsoft Store keeps crashing

I have an issue with the Microsoft Store. It crashes when I open it. The problem is I’ve purchased the Xbox Game Pass for PC but I am unable to activate it in the Store because it requires that I buy it!

I tried the “wsreset” troubleshooting step - but nothing, I tried the powershell command - it didn’t help either. I reinstalled the Store and it didn’t help again.
