Windows 10: OpenSSH files and service present without installing them.

Recently my computer was running slow . So I decided to disable some services under msconfig and see if it helps. It did help, windows started running as good as new. But I noticed something strange. There is a service called Openssh ssh server(Manufacturer: unknown) . Also under system32 there is a openssh folder with Openssh server files. I checked under "Manage optional features" Openssh server was not installed. Did these files come along with some windows update or was this a virus ?? If this was a virus what should I do ?

authentication methods, and sophisticated configuration options.

So, you don't need to worry about OpenSSH Server Service or OpenSSH Server folder. It is safe to keep this folder and it is not a virus.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
