Windows 10: OpenSSH Server Install - Event ID 1001

Good morning, I have attempted to install OpenSSH Server but install has failed. I could not identify any errors withing endpoint security, but I was able to identify event ID 1001 within event viewer. I have uninstalled MSI - must i re-install? I get quite a performance hit when enabling last 5 options (DDI compliance checking to Code integrity checks) No BSOD's but some things become very slow. - - - Updated - - - Querysettings if you need them -
