Windows 10: OpenWith.exe keeps starting with Windows

Okay, so, after some malware attacked my PC months ago and I successfully got rid of it this thing still remains. Dunno why I didn't ask for help before, just was kinda lazy I guess, but now it's starting to annoy me.
Each time I log in into my user account OpenWith.exe starts up showing me options how to open a file (it doesn't say what file), if I try to open it with Notepad, it says that "%temp%\*random numbers and letters*.tmp" doesn't exist. I tried checking registry entries in Run and RunOnce both in HKLM and HKCU, no such thing there. So I think there's some leftover entry somewhere, maybe someone knows how to get rid of it?

OpenWith.exe seems to be crashing. Check the "View Reliability history" page in Control Panel and see if there are any critical entries there.

The registered applications are stored here in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RegisteredApplications

Backup the key, and then rename it. Launch OpenWith.exe now. If it works, rename it back to the old name, and then delete non-MSFT entries one at a time or in a batch to test. After deleting, try running OpenWith.exe if that solves the problem.

And, the current stable build is 10586.318. You may consider updating Windows.

run CMD with Admin rights , and then type in the following comman

taskkill /im openwith.exe

 

Have you used Sysinternals' Autoruns to see if there may be an entry that stands out?
