I tried to update my windows from 1809 to 22hs and this happen once I run Windows 10 Update Assistent.

Hello, I am experiencing with the same problem as IR WIN 10, even though I am running Windows 10 Pro. Here is what Windows 10 Update Assistant said when I tried to update this computer to Windows 10 Creators Update:

CPU : OK

Memory : OK

Disk space : OK

Operating system : Contact your system administrator to upgrade Windows Server or Enterprise editions.

I am not running Windows 10 Enterprise or Server, here are my specs just in case:

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU M 540 @ 2.53 GHz 2.53 GHz

Installed memory (RAM) : 4.00 GB (3.43 GB usable)

System type: 32-bit Operating System, x64- based processor

I do not know why I am not able to receive this update, even though Microsoft said all operating systems, except Enterprise and Windows Server, said it should work. Please help me, and thank you very much.

What is the Activation Status and Edition showing at the top of the page at Settings > Update & Security > Activation?
Run the Activation Troubleshooter in the same location and report back its findings.

If this is Enterprise have you asked your System Administrator? That's who you need to consult on this. Enterprise is not a consumer edition and we don't even handle it here.

If you are not part of any organization and dont' have a System Administrator, do you know how Enterprise got on the PC?



To check the current installed license type CMD in Search, Run as Administrator, type or copy/paste into the box: slmgr /dlv
