Windows 10: Operating system couldn't be loaded because of system registry file is missing 0x000014c

I have windows 11.I having this error and some options are Enter to try againF1 to enter recovery environment F8 for startup settings Esc for uefi firmware settings Pressing f8 doesn't do anything I pressed F1 then I go to recovery option then I click startup repair the click target operating system windows 11Now it shows startup repair couldn't repair your PCLog file: C:\windows\system32\Logfiles\srt\srttrails.txtI have ran these cmdism /online /cleanup-image /restore health-> error: 87Sfc /scannow-> found corrupt file and repaired them Bootrec /scanos-> window installation:0Boot

I have an old vostro 3360 and when i turn it on i get the following

winsdows failed to start

blah blah

File: \windows\system32\config\system

status: 0x000014c

windows failed to load because the system registry file is missing or corrupt

I dont have a recovery disc. How can I fix this??

I am also an English speaker so do not hesitate to reply to me in English too.

To summarize, I got this message when booting: "Recovery. Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. The operating system couldn´t be loaded because the system registry file is missing or contains errors. File:\Windows\system32\configuration\system
Error code: 0xc00000e9. You´ll need to use recovery tools..." and after numerous problem since cloning my system on an SSD with AHCI mode activated, I do not know anymore what to do?

Reinstalling a clean Windows 10 will be the solution but for the moment, I need to access softwares with specific configuration so I cannot reinstall Win10 yet.
