HELP PLEASEIn the last year I've had two different laptops lose it's OS when I was asked to get UPDATES. Now I have more issues. First computer ACER I figured out I had to down load Windows 10 after I tried to resent to factory and anything else i could think of. I'M NOT A TECK. I only had one hard drive that was big enough to download the OS to and it deleted all my pictures I had on it. I did not see anything saying it would format it. I'm still trying to fix that with out having to pay big bucks. Got the Acer laptop working for a short time then it lost the OS again some how. Last week I
