Windows 10: Operating System was crashed by Google

I was on a google meet on Sunday, December 13th. I cannot get to the Windows home screen. I have tried going the through the prompts and get no where. How can I reload Windows 10?

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Google Chrome crashes
