    I downloaded a file from a game website assassin creed 2 installerand now when i try setup of the game , i try setup it shows this , i have done everything like disabling my avast antivirus or including the file to Avast Exceptionsbcz I have Avast in my laptop , it gives this error ,,,Can you pls tell me the way to setup it

    Hi! I purchased a program that I know isn't a virus 2 days ago, and it worked perfectly fine. Now, whenever I try to open it, it says "Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software." I have no 3rd party AV installed, and I've turned off all security settings. However, whenever I try to disable Windows Defender SmartScreen, it turns back on.

    Original title: Win 10 files problem

    I have just updated win7-> win10.However after updated to win 10, all of files are unopenable.

    For example, click on Microsoft Words and it says : ''operation did not complete successfully bc the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software.''

    All of my documents happen the same.what should I do?
