Windows 10: Option to add a printer gone it crash doing so

Basically every option to add a printer is gone. If i click in any app "print" it crashes. troubleshooting doesn't work, it's stuck checking the spooler services. If i go on control panel, then i see all of my printer grayed out, but i can't delete nor click Property doing so it crash control panel. Same if i want to add a new printer. What can i do?

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps:
CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install

 

Unable to remove a printer gone in "Unspecified" group

An outdated, or incompatible printer driver could be causing the issue. We suggest that you update your printer driver, or
uninstall the printer driver; then, restart the computer, and have Windows install the latest driver automatically. Check the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type devmgmt.msc and press enter.
• Locate the printer driver and uninstall it.
• Restart the computer.

Method 1: Follow these steps to run the windows in built troubleshooter:

a) Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.

b) Click on Troubleshooting tab.


c) Click on view all option on the upper left corner.

d) Select the Hardware and Device
options from the list.

e) Click Next to run the Hardware and Device
Troubleshooter.
