Windows 10: Option to remove device is missing in new control panel

When a removable device is connected, in the new control panel when I click on the three dots menus, all options are missing including the one to safely remove ou remove the device. It happens only when using a limited local account, not with an admin account. The final user of this PC can't have admin rights, so he will use a limited account while the admin account will be reserved to the IT administrator.The problem is that these user needs rights to use flash drives and removable media. Bluetooth devices seem not work properly under these account too, devices are connected but the option to

Control Panel Options Missing

There is an option missing from the Control Panel after a major upgrade. What happened to the
Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Display. The upgrade changed my font size, my icon size also changed some text items to from regular to bold and vice versa. In the control panel display
option mentioned previously I was able to make all these changes. The drop down menu under Display listed such items as Icons, title bars, menus, message boxes, palette titles, icons and tooltips. It also allowed font size change and a selection of either
bold or regular text. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Step 2: Access Control Panel in Windows 10 from desktop.

Step 3: Launch Control Panel using search.

  Open Start menu or screen.

  In the search box, enter Control Panel and then press Enter key to open the same.
  

Note: You can quickly access the search with the help of Windows + C hotkey.

Step 4: Create Control Panel shortcut on desktop.

• Right-click on desktop, click New, and then click Shortcut.
• In Type the location of the item box, type the following path.

• Click Next button.
• In the Type a name for this shortcut box, type Control Panel, and click Finish button. You can now double-click on the Control Panel icon on the desktop to quickly launch the same.

Step 5: Pin Control Panel to Start or taskbar.

  In the Start search box, type Control Panel.
  
• 
  When you see search results, right-click on Control Panel entry and then click Pin to Start to pin it to the Start menu or screen.
  

Note: Clicking Pin to taskbar will pin the Control Panel to taskbar.
