Windows 10: Optional Updates help

So, i know it says optional....
But im still wondering if it will be beneficial to install these updates.
There is no other information about the updates, only the name.

Follow the steps provided below to change update settings.

  Windows Updates.

  Under “Choose how Updates get installed”. In the drop down menu, select the option which is convenient to you.
