    Options for a pesky Win10 blue screen error?


    Hello,
    I have a stubborn memory_management BSOD stop code that I can't seem to get rid of. I have tried sfc /scannow but am halted by "there is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart Windows and run sfc again"- upon doing so nothing changes. I tried running:
    del c:\windows\winsxs\pending.xml

    followed by:

    sfc /SCANNOW /OFFBOOTDIR=c:\ /OFFWINDIR=d:\Windows
    but I just receive: "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service"

    I have tried

    bcdboot C:\Windows
    but receive: Failure when attempting to copy boot files


    I attempt to run a chkdsk /r but run into the same memory_management stop code mid check.
    DISM gets stop code MEMORY MANAGEMENT when scanning and gets the stop code ATTEMPTED WRITE TO READONLY MEMORY when restoring
    I have rolled back drivers
    I have updated drivers
    I have uninstalled code31 drivers
    I have updated windows
    I have rolled back windows to previous versions
    I have tried ICACLS C:\Windows\winsxs and then sfc but get another stop code.
    Safe mode with networking gives me a stop code instantly
    normally running the machine gives me 2 minutes of use before getting a stop code
    safe mode without anything seems to be fairly stable but can still get stop codes when running certain things through command prompt or power shell.
    Memory diagnostics comes up with nothing
    I have no reason to believe my hardware is faulty, or that something is loose
    I have also received PFN_LIST_CORRUPT when using networking in safe mode
    I have received IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL when trying to restart the machine
    I have received KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR a few times but cannot remember how to replicate it
    Startup repair gets a stop code
    I Do not have a repair disc handy and I fear I am running out of options. I would like to not try the nuclear option of a system reset, for fear of needing a disc. Any options I may have missed?
    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated,
