  1. 'Options' to ' Add a keyboard ' is missing/not available in my version of Windosw 10

I am running an up to date version of Windows 10 on an Acer Aspire V5. The keyboard is set to English United States, but I want to add/activate the ' International Keyboard ' option to give me easy access to accented characters. I have researched this extensively online, and I have followed the necessary steps from the 'Settings' menu, Time & Language, Regions etc., but ultimately the box marked ' Options' is simply not there. It appears to be missing from my version of the operating system. Do I need to download an additional software 'pack' ? I have looked online, but I can't find anything relevant. Many thanks.

    :)

  3. Touch Keyboard Settings missing

    Hi Graham,

    • Have you installed all the pending Windows updates? If not I suggest you to check.

Also I suggest you to check whether the devices are governed or configured through group policy as you mentioned multiple devices used in a domain environment such as hospitals.

I suggest you to check whether the Onscreen Keyboard is working or not. Refer to the below steps and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows + U and select the On-Screen Keyboard from the Ease of Access
list. Or click on Ease of Access at bottom right and select
      On-Screen Keyboard from the list.
    • Then use you cursor to type the password with On-Screen Keyboard.
    • Before clicking the login, press the eye symbol (I.e. Reveal Password) option in the password field, to see the password is correct.

Please get back to us with an update on this issue, we will be happy to assist you further.

    Thank you.

    On-Screen-Keyboard missing options

Hello, I got windows 10 Pro on a normal computer and using a screen monitor with touch.

So I tried setting up the on-screen-Keyboard as I knew it from my Panel-PC's setting it up to a different layout but there missing options.

    1. - under settings - typing - there is missing the option to set the standard keyboard layout as default on screen keyboard layout. only the option show on-screen keyboard, if not using tablet mode nor a keyboard is not connected.

    2. - so my keyboard isnt attached on the bottom as more it is looking like a normal keyboard, which is virtualized.

    3. also on the on-screen-keyboard there are missing out this option with are writing in red. for example the picture below.
