Windows 10: Orange screen with white lines on windows installation

So I upgraded a dell optiplex 790 (MT), changed the cpu and added a graphics card. Everything seems to work fine, I can get into the bios and everything was normal when I ran the diagnosis tool so I’m pretty sure the hardware is good.

I made a usb installation media using windows tool and when I try to boot it, an orange screen with white lines appears.

I tried using the installation media to install windows on another computer and it works, I even formatted it and start over and still the same orange screen every time. I tried everything I could find on the internet and nothing seems to work.

Help please.

Startup Repair ran, the computer restarted, and it booted up to the same orange screen with white lines.

 

Windows 10 Orange Screen with White Lines on Boot

I am experiencing an error with the orange screen with vertical white lines on boot, when I press enter it goes to the windows logo as if it will go into login but then rapidly goes back to orange screen.

I am experiencing this after attempting to fix a boot crash loop with blue screen and error Critical_Process_Died and I couldn't get to safe mode so I was running some steps from help guides using the command prompt to check disk and sfc scannnow.

I am now unable to get into the boot repair options on my computer and can only do it through a usb for installing windows and still uable to get to safe mode or any form of windows.

I'm running windows 10 on a new Kingston SSD purchased last month with no other os installed and I have unplugged everything other than mouse, keyboard and screen.

 

Orange screen with white lines - no access to any other screen

HELP please! While downloading a CD, my laptop suddenly froze and then the orange screen of death with white lines came up and I have not been able to log on at all. I've researched and tried all sorts. Taken battery out, rebooted with and without battery;
nothing works. It turns out that laptop is not protected by a bitlocker key so no point in typing in a bitlocker code.

When I turn the laptop on, the cursor goes down four lines; and the screen is black. Then it stays black for a very long time say 15 mins or so (I haven't timed it) and then I get the orange screen of death with white lines. I've typed in my password and
it just goes black again and returns with the orange screen of death with white lines.

HELP please! There must be a simpler way than removing screws, cleaning out the RAM / drive or whatever parts are inside the laptop and then putting the laptop back together again as seen on some YouTube Videos. That is too complicated for me and I'd probably
never be able to put it back together again in the same way!

Is there any way I can access the hard drive via a USB stick and retrieve all the information I need that way; and hook it up to another laptop to retrieve my important files before I lose them?
