Windows 10: Order history does not specify if I refunded the game

I don't know how to see if I have refunded a certain game or not. It only says that the order is complete and in the show details section it doesn't mention anything about whether the item is refunded or not. Is there a way to see if an item is refunded from Microsoft store?

I have followed the steps in order to get a refund for a digital game that i have recently downloaded yet when I enter my order history there is no option or button to request a refund. I have read over the terms and requirements in order to be eligible
for a refund (in which I am). Somebody please help.

• Go to account.microsoft.com.
• Log in using your username and password.
• Click the Payment & billing tab.
• Select Order History.

If the charge shows on your Order History, please contact Microsoft Store Support. Refer to this

If the charge is not showing, you may need to contact the developer of the game to process the refund.

Try to open the Xbox app. Sometimes a restart the pc refreshes everything but the Purchace will and show up in the xbox app.
