Windows 10: Order history missing activation key for windows upgrade

I can not see activation key for windows 11 home to 11 pro that I just bought it from store in order history.?

Order History missing the Product key/Install option

I ordered 2 copies of the Windows 10 Home (download) edition from Microsoft's website and I understand Microsoft does not have any record of the product keys, nor do they offer refunds on that type of order.

The instructions given by Microsoft to retrieve those keys is:

1. Go to Order History, find Windows 10, and then select Product key/Install.
   
2. Select Copy to copy the key, and then select Install.
   
3. Select Download tool now, and follow the instructions.
   
4. A wizard will help you through the steps to install. You can install Windows 10 on a PC or a Mac.
   

The problem is that the order in question does not have a Product key/Install option. Is this a bug with Microsoft's website?

 

Windows key is missing in orders history.

Yeah, I checked this page. I acidentally removed the e-mail with product key. So, I tried to follow "You can find out if you purchased from Microsoft in your Microsoft account Order history.". But I cannot find product key there. Previously it was there under product "Install" link. But this link is missing now. Where can I find the key in order history? Or make the store to re-send the email with the key again

Product Key not on Order Page

I ordered an upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro recently. The upgrade occurred automagically, but I now have no product key. I spent some time and went to my account, finding the order and selecting it. Microsoft support under "Product Key" says to

Go to Order history, find ,
and then select Product key/Install

I looked at the order summary and detail on Order History. There was no Product Key. Much appreciate some help.
