Windows 10: Order history / product page no longer available. Windows 10 Activation key not showing

Dear all,


In April 2018, I bought a Windows 10 pro soft copy to upgrade from Windows 10 Chinese Family edition.

After several unsuccessful download attempts, I gave up a few month ago.


I was about to try again, but now I cannot see the activation key any longer


The order history show the purchase as completed, but after clicking does not find the product page (see below).

There is no install button either.


The virtual agent redirects me to the hotline and the hotline does not help much either. It asks to explain the problem, but 'recover activation key', 'order history not available' and at the end the system hangs up or asks me an activation key, which I do not have.


Is there an email support? or a way I can be sure to talk to a human?

If you upgraded to Windows 10 for free and ended up in a non-activated state, try following these steps:

• Go to Start

• Select Go to Store, and check to see if a valid license is available for your device. If a license isn't available, you'll need to buy Windows from the Store.

or you could hack it with a crack but please note this is always risky and you don't know what's in the hack

 

Definition updates for Windows Defender no longer show up on history?

They are still showing up for me on my 'View your update history' page. Latest one was this morning.

I'm using Windows 10 Home Build 10240.

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
