Windows 10: Order shows "Delivered" but not received

    Order shows "Delivered" but not received


    I ordered a Surface laptop and I was eagerly waiting to receive it. However, UPS didn't deliver it and moreover they just marked it as "delivered" in the tracking. I tried to follow up with UPS and I wasn't given a lot of information as I'm not the sender. I contacted Microsoft's customer service and raised my complaint. Customer service is so ignorant and only "escalation team" can handle this issue. Whenever I try to follow up, I'm simply given a response to be patient and to wait "x" number of days. The count on days keeps on changing as per the mood of the agent who picks up the call. I ca

    Change Wireless Network Connection Priority Order in Windows 10


    Hello Denis, Order shows "Delivered" but not received :)

    The command in step 2 of Option Two should show your wireless networks listed in priority order. Top of the list is higher.

    Order never came but says delivered

    I came home from work today expecting my delivery. My tracker says it was delivered, but it either was not delivered or delivered and stolen. Is there anything Microsoft can do to help? Like, help me with a redelivery or a refund. I ordered an Xbox wireless
