Windows 10: Organization account removed but restrictions still in place

Hello! I recently added my organization's account to my laptop so i could access my work onedrive, but I realized that it added restrictions i didn't want on my personal device, so I removed the account and restarted my laptop. When I went to log back into my account, it forced me to make my pass key longer even after i had removed the organization account that had forced that change. I've looked through other questions like mine here and can't seem to fix this issue.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

removing microsoft account

There are no restrictions listed at https://accounts.microsoft.comYet when i try and acces chrome for instance it wil send a request to the "parent account" of which none exist and then give an error when there is no parent account to request from. I have
done as was suggested by another microsoft employee and added myself to their family and removed restrictions and removed myself from the family again but as i said in the question, i still have the restrictions in place and microsoft has not given any real
help with my issue short of what was previously listed.

 

How to remove and organizer

You cannot remove organisers. Child can leave from the Family or Organizer can leave himself. There must be at least 2 organisers if you want to remove 1.

There are several different ways for family members and organizers to leave or be removed from a Microsoft family group depending on their role.

Before leaving, family members and organizers should remove saved places and location alerts they would not like to remain in the group. Location alerts must be removed by the individual who set them for saved places to be deleted. Leaving or being removed from a family group will not delete Microsoft accounts.

Using a web browser, visit family.microsoft.com.

Log into your Family Safety account.

Make sure there will be at least one more organizer and family member in your family group before you leave. Family groups without an organizer and at least one other family member will be deleted.

Remove all family member consent permissions you hold by following the steps below.

Click Manage my child’s profile info and find your family member.

Select Remove consent for this child’s account.

Once all held consent is removed, select Leave family group.
