Windows 10: Organization is still managing win10 even after removing school account from windows 10...

I normally installed windows with my account which is also a school account etc, usual thing. Months passed. Im about to graduate btw so I removed school account from win 10 settings. Note that there are no work or Shool account listed in settings. But still when I click about section of windows settings or even in chrome's settings page it's written that "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization".
So, How is this possible even after i removed the school account. Why is somebody managing my device accessing my property what if.. anyways how can i remove the authorization of the organization on my device? I dont want any organization to control of access my device.

I know there are dozens of "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization" questions and i already read not all but many. I'm sorry if this is a duplicate.

Organization managing PIN after disconnecting school account

I am running Windows 10 Home.

I am trying to change my sign-in PIN, but an organization has set PIN requirements. I have already disconnected my school account that was managing my PC and shouldn't be getting restricted by it.

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

The organization is your School organization.

To remove this from your computer in the Windows 10 Search bar, Type "Settings" and hit Enter.

Select "Accounts"> go to "Access work or School" disconnect/remove the company email address.
