  1. Organization request me to change my password, but I already left the company for a month

Greeting, Microsoft community. My laptop is currently operating Windows 10 Home edition. I have two email accounts, my personal and school accounts. A few months ago, I used to work at an organization for my internship, and they created a new work account for me. During my internship, I was requested to change my password multiple. However, I left the company for a while now and still receiving the notification asking me to change my password. The request is "your organization requires you to change your password" I tried everything I could, but nothing seemed to work out for me. Before working

  2. cant change saved wifi password

    Hi Maurizio

I have a related problem and maybe you could answer this:

I work at a company that once a month change the password of our network, same network name though.

But each month I need to delete the network and reconnect to it to be promt with a password request.

Why is it that it doesn't automatic recognize that the password is wrong and promt me with the new password request?

    I have a 920 with 8.1 software.

I have also testet it on a google phone and iphone - they promt me automatic. It is a question of steps - on the WP it is 3-4 steps to get where others get in 1...

    Thanks

    Need a good password organizer.

Looking at a notebook that I've written down all my sign-on and passwords down in, I realized a few things. One, this isn't safe, I'm using too many "easy" passwords so I don't forget what they are. Secondly, while writing all this information down seems safe, just one slip of the hands and there goes several pages of passwords now soaked in coffee. *Sad

What I'm looking for is a password organizer, that I can keep all my information in, but not only just the password and sign in name, some places have special pins, or secret information that's also occasionally requested by particular sight. You know, questions like first pet, your grammar school, or mother's maiden name. Suggestions?

    Trouble Changing Wi-Fi Password

I've been following the following steps to change my Wi-Fi password for some time:

    1. Launch Control Panel.
    2. Click "Network and Internet."
    3. Click "Network and Sharing Center."
    4. Click "Wi-Fi...."
    5. Click "Wireless Properties."
    6. Click the Security tab.
    7. Check "Show characters."
    8. Enter the password in "Network security key."
Those steps have been working just fine, but today I discovered a new wrinkle. If I change the password inside the router first, "Wi-Fi..." doesn't appear in step 4. This isn't much of a problem at home, because I can just change the password in Control Panel before I change it inside the router, but it would be a problem at a public hotspot, or something of that nature. I also tested Brink's instructions in "How to Connect To a Wireless Network in Windows 10," but they don't work for me either. How can I fix this?
