Windows 10: Original account hijacked, can't get it back

My original microsoft account dating back to 2009 was hijacked via a virus on my computer that it was signed in on. The account originally had an alias assigned to it via a russian email provider "rambler" and so I couldn't log in due to needing an approval request sent to the russian email inbox. I found the russian email as my Xbox account and other Windows features all were under this name, however now when I try to use that alias or my original email address it says the account no longer exists.I can't log in and I've exhausted the support method of filling out a form with as much informat

Switch Back to Existing Local Account from Microsoft Account

I already identified that I had tried this, and that it did not allow me to switch back to the original Local Account. The Microsoft Account hijacked the User Name of the original Local Account. When I click "Sign in With a Local Account instead" and enter
the original User Name, Windows 10 won't proceed. The only way to get back to a Local Account is enter a new User Name.

To delete an account, follow these steps:
