Windows 10: Original Microsoft Windows 11 OEM System Builder Packages Contain No Product Key!

I have received three sealed, original Microsoft Windows 11 OEM System Builder packages. Two of them have defective COA stickers. After gently scratching the pink area, there is no product key revealed at all—just blank space. One key was also lost due to ink peeling during normal scratching. These boxes are genuine, with security stripes intact. I can provide photos, batch numbers, and proof of ownership. I need to know how to get replacement keys or support for this.

Is there an easy way how to check if the Package is a legit OEM product or a sketchy one, other than the price? Can I see a list/link/webpage of all the registered Microsoft associates that have the right to sell OEM copies of Windows 10 to system builders
in the UK?

Hello, can please someone with more knowledge clear the waters for me because I am really struggling to understand few things regarding the Microsoft Windows 10 sold both on eBay and Amazon.

For example, the following links show an unopened package of Windows 10 Pro OEM with COA included. Is this alright to buy and use under the system builder OEM legislation?

I really wish to hear few opinions regarding these listings, what's their origin and if it's alright to use them as a system builder (selling brand new computers to customers as a system builder and providing full maintenance for each machine).

 

my windows 10 oem didn't come with a product key

indeed OEM's have embedded keys a OEM upgrade is for machines with OEM copies and DO NOT COME WITH A KEY! sadly many vendors confuse the two because pre-windows 10 'OEM" came with a key
a end user should always buy a Retail OR "System builder OEM" copy when it comes to windows 10 system builder is not `OEM` you can blame microsoft for the retarded terminology screw up

it sounds like the op bought a pirated copy with no key microsoft does not ship windows 10 on optical disks .... they use flash drives
