Windows 10: OS Build 10.0.22631.2338 System type NUC11PAHi7

I had bought NUC11PAHi7 from Amazon with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled. Used it for three years and one day the PC will not turn on, no-power. So I took out the M.2 NVME drive and used a usb adapter and plugged it in my Windows 10 Pro laptop, however the M.2 drive now has a padlock and yellow exclamation mark on it but I had never turned on Bitlocker on my system before and do not have recovery key. I do not want to format the drive as it was setup as an OS drive and has all of my data from three years. I would like to be able to use it on a new machine without making any changes, is this possib

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: As an initial step try to run the below command and check if it helps.

1. Press Windows key + X from the keyboard.

2. Choose Command prompt from the context menu.

3. In the command prompt, type powercfg –restoredefaultschemes and press Enter.

4. Exit command prompt.

Method 2: This behavior may occur also occur if your video adapter driver is incompatible or not up to date to support latest technologies.

I suggest you to check the following links which suggests on how help the PC to make optimal use of Windows 10 capabilities as well as fixing any missing links in performance of the operating system.

If still the issue persist then you can update the latest build 11082 as in below link and check if it helps.

Standard Hardware security not supported - Build 22631

it was an issue in Build 22621 (from Oct 2022). It is Jan 2024, and i am seeing this issue on my installation. Windows 11, build 22631. Ausu ROG Strix X670E-A motherboard.

The fTPM in the BIOS is set to ON, and the report from tpm.msc shows: "The TPM is ready for use"
