Windows 10: OS Failure - Windows 10 Pro - 2x in 2 days white screen and buzzing - OS Resptre Points Not...

Hello - I need some help. I am trying to Pinpoint a major issue with my OS (Windows 10 Pro). I am an IT Business/Data Analyst and have been doing this type of work for over 20 years. I keep my system very clean and make sure I have all the updates. ISSUE - 2 times in the last 2 days, I was watching YouTube, suddenly my screen turned white and a horrible buzz came forward. I cold booted the system down. Both times the situations were mirror images of each other. Upon Start-up I noticed the temperature of my PC was really warm. I physically felt this out of my vents. Then, when I thought maybe I may have a virus of some kind (Even though I have 2 Anti-virus/Malware Programs), I decided to restore the system to an earlier time, upon boot-up using F11. I was able to get to the menu, but when I tried, the system acted as if it did not care if I commanded it to perform a task and went back to the previous menu. I could see previous restore points, but Windows would not allow me to implement it. Upon this occurring, I logged in and tried to perform a restore POST BOOT. Using the restore point functionality as a regular Windows User (as ADMIN), again, I saw the restore points and tried to execute. I got an error saying the data was not captured at the restore point level so I could not restore. I have run virus scans and tried to pinpoint exactly what is causing this situation. I can only comment on a couple of things that have changed since this began:

1. I implemented and deactivated BitLocker encryption. I tried to utilize bit Locker, but it did not appear to be FULLY activating for me, so I turned it off and decrypted.
2. My AMD Radon wants to update. I believe this is my Graphics card. When this situation first occurred, when I logged back into my Windows account there was a message that the version needed to be updated. I did try to update it, but it has NOT been successful. I don't get errors or any warnings, I send the request to update, but when I check - the program was not updated even though I told it to.

I use ReadyBoost and I do have a system image stored on a MyBook 3T external drive. It was created before this issue. I am thinking maybe I should USE it? Thank you so VERY VERY much! TeknoDiva

Unable to activate Credential Guard on Windows 10: Unknown OS, OS Architecture failure

I am trying to enable Credential Guard on my copy of Windows 10 Pro v1809.
I downloaded the DG_Readiness_Tool_v3.5 from Microsoft's website, I run it on Powershell but this is the result:

Why does it say "Unknown OS, OS Architecture failure"?
I found this on the Microsoft forum but it doesn't have a solution.

Why "primary Windows OS"? Some of us may have alternative OS'es installed (CentOS for me), some of us may have two or more Windows versions installed concurrently.
