Windows 10: Os system lost and keyboard is not working

Hello Microsoft community i have lost my os ....and my pc's keyboard is not working I have tried to install this os system many time...but this is not done....in the installation process a massage is appearing on the screen thatwindows can't be installed to this disk the selected disk has an MBR partition table. Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Keyboard shortcut Alt key not working

  Did you make any software or hardware changes on your computer prior to this issue?
  
  
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

• 
  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)
  
• 
  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.

Keyboard not working after Windows 10 Update

Have you tried using the keyboard in
safe mode? If
not, we suggest you to do so. If the keyboard works in
safe mode, perform
a clean boot and restart your computer.

Note:
Please go through the section: How to reset the computer to start as usual after
troubleshooting with clean boot of the Kb article to boot the computer in normal startup after
fixing the issue.

If the issue persist, please try to access your keyboard outside the OS. To do this, access bios and check if your
keyboard works. If it is working, restart your computer and perform a system restore. To perform a system restore, please
follow these steps:

• 
  Go to
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change the view to
  View all.
  
• 
  Select
  Recovery.
  
• 
  Open
  System Restore.
  

Note:
Doing a System Restore will delete all the application and data that is not included in your
computer when it was purchased. We suggest you to backup your files and data before
performing System Restore.
