Windows 10: OS Upgrade with Digital License

Hi, I'm looking for some information regarding the Digital License tied to the UEFI on a Dell Computer. My company accidentally purchased a few Dell PC's with Windows 10 Home on them 20 to be exact and we need to upgrade them to Windows 10 Pro, create a master image and then sysprep the drive to remove all licenses bound to the drive. My concern is if I do this and then boot those drives up on another computer would there be a conflict with the digital license that would be Windows 10 Home? We would install a Product Key to activate the Windows 10 Pro license but I am just concerned that

Thanks for your suggestion. I solved the problem with my License Key with Belarc Advisor Software. The Digital License code was a numeration that Microsoft Corporation has given to all that have Windows Account specially to those that has free upgraded
to Windows 10. Under the Digital License appears the original code.

Thats how licensing works with Windows 10, the digital license is attached to your Microsoft Account and makes it easy to reactivate Windows 10 in the event you reinstall it.

How does a Windows 10 'digital license' activate the OS?

Does MS digital license 'fingerprint' hardware information during the free upgrade / activation and store it (at Microsoft) , so that the next re-install queries MS for the fingerprint and activates Windows 10?

Thought the disk drive may change, I expect that none of the other fingerprinted hardware will change.
