Windows 10: OS Windows 11: Microsoft Photos trimmer has stopped working.

I've looked at past forums regarding this and tried some steps to fix the issue that suddenly appeared. I have been using the photos app to trim videos, since I bought this computer about 6 months ago. Until the last two weeks, everything had been working fine. I was trimming videos no problem. Suddenly, photos won't let me trim videos. When I right click, on my video, and open it with photos, the photo icon for the trimmer is dark. I tried resetting the app; I tried repairing the app; and I even did a hard reset on my computer and restored it to it's factory settings in an effort to fix the i

This issue often caused by a corrupted files. For us to have your Photo app working, we suggest that you restore Photos app package by following these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Type PowerShell, and select Windows PowerShell
  from the list of result.
• Type this command and press Enter:
  • Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
• Restart your computer. Check if the issue persists.

Realplayer Trimmer cant not work in Windows10

I understand that Realplayer Trimmer fails to work on Windows 10. I will certainly help you.

I suggest you to install the Realplayer Trimmer in Compatibility mode
and check if it resolves the issue.

A compatibility mode is a software mechanism in which a software either emulates an older version of software in order to allow incompatible software or files to remain compatible with the computer's newer hardware or software. Here's how:

1. Right click on the Realplayer Trimmer and select
Open file location.

2. If option not found, locate the file location of the
Realplayer Trimmer.

3. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select "Properties".

4. Select "Compatibility" Tab.

5. Place a check mark next to "Run this program in Compatibility mode" and select operating system from the

drop down list.

6. Let the player get installed and then check the functionality.

Your suggestion to install the Realplayer Trimmer in Compatibility mode does not


help, the cause is the Security update No. KB3132372, Once if I uninstall it

the Realplayer Trimmer can work as normal.
